I meet the two friendlies, polite workers today. They are Stanley Steamer. They did a Great job in no time at all. I would want those two guys back anytime
My Mom was initially charged an extra $60 for a portable cleaning device because apartment was on 3rd floor. As it turns out, the cleaning tech was able to stretch the hose from their van to the 3rd floor via the balcony and they didn't use the portable device. They still charged the addt'l $60 and after I placed a phone call to the Charlotte, NC office, no one has replied to me (72 hrs. later and waiting)
They were on time, polite, professional and did a good job. I am very pleased.
Kourouma Losseni and Charles "Ray" Knox are best team that I have met in a long time!!! Great customer service is still alive with this team! Professional, genuine, courteous! Zach and Dmitri showed up promptly, did job much more quickly than I expected, and were very polite throughout. Appreciate good manners, especially when I have people working in my house:)... will definitely have them back.
Raphael and Derrick were awesome! Very pleasant and funny! They did an amazing job on my couch!
Charles Knox and Dumitry Goodman were my service technicians today and they got a carpet cleaned that I didn’t think would ever come clean. We were fully prepared to have to give new buyers looking at our house for sell a concession on the carpet but it looks brand new now and perfect for showings in a few days. They also cleaned the tile/grout in the kitchen, mudroom, and laundry and it looks brand new and fresh again! Very professional and courteous staff!
