Wonderful! Easy to schedule, on time, professional, and revived my dead wall-to-wall carpets! No hard sell for added services. Will definitely use them again and sooner than before! Never felt judged for having grimes carpets... also a big plus- these guys are great and I'm not embarrassed to have people over anymore!!!!

The 2 men were here 5 min earlier than expected..they pretreated and finished a wonderful job in under 2 hrs. i will have Stanley Steemer do my carpet again
Was not happy with job. Streaks were made where missed spots and spots were still there. I have done a better job myself. Your employees were nice and polite.
I was very disappointed with the job they did and could have done better myself. Every spot that was there before was still there once the carpet dried. The carpet was more than just damp when they left. They were there for less than an hour and should have spent more time and done a better job.
Great experience! The two employees were courteous and efficient. They did a fantastic job! My carpets look 100% better!!
Awful experience. They sent two men here. One played on his cell phone the entire time. They overcharged and did a terrible job on our carpets. I would never use them again. There are other, more reliable, carpet cleaners who are so much better!
I had a customer complaint so i spoke to the one "In Charge", Carlton, apparently a district manager, when I attempted to share my concern he cut me off and hung up on me. I called back again and he hung up on me again....wow, just was wondering if anyone wanted to hear my concern? Thank you
