Called SS to get my hardwood floors cleaned. Took a day off work, spent the morning preparing for their arrival. When they arrived the first thing they asked was had I ever put any type of wax on the floors. As soon as I said “yes” they said there’s nothing they can do for me and left. If they can’t clean floors that have ever been waxed, why not ask that question over the phone when scheduling the appointment? Stanley Steemer Techs, Cashmere and Jose did an amazing job on my carpet. They were professional yet pleasant and friendly. They answered all of my questions ( and I had many) to my satisfaction and made sure that I stayed safe moving from damp carpet to solid floors. I will use them again when I schedule the other rooms in my home.

We called our friend Stanley (Steemer) to come to our house as we are preparing it for sale. Jamaal and Darell were 1) on time; 2) friendly and helpful and 3) accommodating of extra things we asked them to do (for which we paid additional fees of course). They were able to do all the work within about two hours, and everything (carpet, tile and hardwood floors) all look fabulous. AND the house smelled so good and clean too! A floor technician named Logan came to the house to clean the hardwood floor in our kitchen and the concrete floor in the basement following work to put in a French drain. Logan was very friendly and professional, and he did a great job on our two different styles of floors.
I highly recommend Stanley Steemer to clean and disinfect/Sanitize your home. I called to get a quote and they were able to come out within a day to take care of my friends home. They are very professional and the crew member Cashmere was very polite, professional and explained everything that he was going to do and a very hard worker.
