Scheduled an appointment online only to be called 5 days later to be told they were not working that day so I could not have the appointment I scheduled for. Complete waste of my time.
Unreliable and unprofessional office staff. Made an appointment a week in advance. When it rolled around, I got my first and only call 15 minutes after scheduled time advising team was late and would be another hour and a half. More than three hours after appointment time, still no sign of Stanley Steemer; when I called office, woman was rude and unapologetic. Wrote to franchise owner--not even the courtesy of a response.
