Polite, friendly knowledgeable staff. My carpets look like new. My only negative or please next time wipe my hardwood floors where your boots and/or the hose left some water on floor. Overall would definitely use again.

I only have 1 room of carpet in my house - a 14'x24' family/game room - that had some spills and one bad stain. The techs said no problem, they could get it out. They set up and spent a grand total of 15minutes cleaning - I can't even vacuum that room in 15minutes - then came to tell me the stain must be old - it wasn't, it had happened about 2weeks prior - and that it wasn't going to do any good to go over it again, it wasn't going to come out. The service and attention from Matt and his team for a recent water main break repair were beyond professional! They immediately paid attention to the necessary cleanup and maintained consistent follow-up with all the concerns I had during the entire process. It was an unfortunate event, however, Matt and his team held my hand throughout and helped to make things better. Thank you, Matt and Stanley Steemer.
