Both of the gentlemen that arrived to my home were cordial, polite and hard working. They charged me exactly what I was quoted online. My carpets, sofa and loveseat look like they are new again. I highly recommend them and will recommend to my friends and family.
Beware! They will quote the wrong price! I even called and told them and they did nothing about it. I will never use them again! On top of it their machine was broken and they couldn't finish the job! Poor customer service!
