I originally booked on line for 4 rooms with an estimate of $319. Technicians got here and said “No mam you only have 3 inclusive of stairs. So we can add deodorizer and price would be same as 4 rooms. Well they send the invoice after they leave to your email and I was charged for 4 rooms PLUS the deodorizer for $440 Called the office and they said technician said invoice is correct. So please get your invoice before they leave.. Would not recommend due to dishonesty
My 83 year old Mother hired Stanley Steamer to clean her carpet. They came and did the work yesterday. 24 hours later, the carpet is still so wet you hear the water squishing when you walk on it. she has company coming to stay overnight, in a few hours. Stanley Steamer told her they won't be back to finish their work until sometime, Wednesday. They should have finished the job when they were here yesterday.$214 for a job 1/2 done, is very poor customer service.

they arrived on time--they moved two recliners and a love set and couch--very happy with Job they performed and the people were pleasant and respectful--wtg Stanley steamer sorry to hear other people were not happy...
No furniture was moved so half the room didn’t get cleaned. Really discouraged to pay that much and get half a job.

I will NEVER use Stanley Steemer again! They quoted me a price before cleaning my carpet. Once they were finished, I paid the quoted price. They then came back to my house 10 minutes later and told me they quoted/charged the wrong price and asked me to pay $55 more! When I called the office the lady didn't seem to think anything was wrong with changing the price after the fact. This is not how you treat customers. Cleaned my carpet on Friday. After it dried I could hardly tell they did anything. 4 rooms and a hall in less than 40 min. They also left white steaks where they sprayed something. I called and they came back on Saturday. Re cleaned and got it better but not clean. This crew told me that the ones on Friday sprayed "citrus" and that is what caused the white streaks.
