Just had Stanley Steemer in for an estimate to clean my air ducts. With four pets in the house, I was pretty tired of all the pet hair blowing around every time the heat came on!! I was a bit shocked at the price in the beginning, but I knew it had to be done and gave them the okay to get it done right away. Stanley Steamer has cleaned our carpet since we moved to Norton Shores 4 years ago. They have ALWAYS done a SUPER job. This year, Aaron and Andrew Showed up on time, calling before arriving. They were professional, friendly, and got the job done in a timely manner! Our whole house looks fantastic! They were able to clean even a water mark, and stains I thought were permanent! Thank you Stanley Steamer!
They're just down right terrible. I definitely wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
I scheduled an appointment to get an estimate. They were able to do the work the same day. I had my duct work cleaned twice in the last 10 years by other services. Sam, the technician showed me pics of plaster and dust from the original construction of the house (65 years ago). They showed me both before and after pictures and I'm convinced the ducts are the cleanest they have ever been. I have 26 vents on two floors.
