I had Darian today and I gave he and his partner a challenge.Out of 8 carpets I had two I was going to replace if the stains would not come out. Much to my surprise the two carpets are spotless as promised. My experience with Stanley Steemer was wonderful and I would recommend them anytime. My couches and chair also are looking new again.
