I have been a customer for at least 5 years. The job consisted of cleaning the carpet in 4 bedrooms, a loft area and cleaning the upholstery on 6 chairs. Brad and his assistant were prompt and professional. He explained the process and alerted me along the way about any stubborn stains. He was patient when answering any questions and advised me of approximate drying times for the carpet and chairs Great job, gentlemen!
