On time, very friendly, educated on carpet, our old carpet looks so much better. They cleaned a recliner my 13 year old & dog sit in, and it looks and smells brand new. Very pleased and will use again. Thanks guys!
They were on time, very pleasant, and our carpet looks great!!
They were prompt on getting there but rental carpet still smell like cat piss and in my home and I do have top-of-the-line carpet from stainmaster they didn't get the stains out I asked the guy to go over it again or scrub on it and he said he already did I asked him to leave a note saying that he couldn't get the stain out he told me he didn't know how to do that I do not recommend these people
