RecommendedI had chairs cleaned and the gentleman who did it was very polite and very nice. He explained what he was doing. I would ask for him again.
They scheduled appt within 2 days. The guys were professional, courteous, extremely knowledgeable. They did an amazing job on the carpet and upholstery.

Called on a Monday morning about 8:30, worked out the details with gentleman who answered the phone to have two rooms done as soon as possible. No problem, I was given a time for the next morning. They were on time, both introduced themselves, asked what my concerns were with the carpets, immediately started working. They also did the tile and grout in 2 rooms. in and out in little over an hour done, and great job. Very satisfied

Called to make an appointment and received one the next afternoon. called to tell us they were on their way. two very nice young men came to do the job. They moved furniture to clean underneath that we couldn't move. the carpet looked great and not left soaking wet. Thank you.

We scheduled an appointment using the 800 number and told the scheduler that we had a 20% off Preferred Plus Card. They stated that must be a local promotion and to check with the technician when they arrived. During the appointment we were told that the Preferred Plus Card did not apply to our service. Not large enough of an order we were told. We won't call again.

Second time I have used Stanley Steemer to clean my tile and I am amazed at how clean they leave my lanai and kitchen. You literally can “eat off the floors!” Very quick and professional team. Highly recommend.
