JJ did a fantastic job cleaning my rug and my couch. He was thorough with the cleaning and didn’t leave any mess in the house. He was efficient and I’d recommend him by name to anyone looking for a good Stanley Steamer tech
Steve was excellent , very precise with everything I would definitely have him back
I received a text early in the day stating that I would get another text when the tech was on his way. This did not happen. Down to 4 stars. I also had to ask at the end of the cleaning if the debris between the cushions popcorn, grass, other things was going to be vacuumed. Technician stated he had just missed it so I checked a few other places and it looked like the sectional itself, had not been vacuumed at all. Down to 3 stars.
JJ was very professional, knowledge and patient, answering questions and walking me through each progression. He is certainly an asset to your company. He has a beautiful spirit. Very pleased with the services he provided today.
