After the techs left, my wife and I did a further review of the requested cleaning. The techs missed corners and tight spots. The spot under the counter bar area where our children eat breakfast wasn't even touched. We only went with them a second time because of the quality of the first time. This time, they were found lacking and we will not use them in the future. Lesson learned: Fully review the cleaning job before the techs leave.
