We had them come cleaned for us recently but I'm not happy as I still see heavy traffic in hallway by front door where everyone comes in from the front door.

Stanley Steemer Winchester, VA cleaned my carpets twice. Both times they did an excellent job. I can't remember the first technician's name, but he did a great job and I requested him the second time However, by then he was no longer working for them. Not to worry, the two who came out the second time were fantastic. The one who did most of the work was a senior technician and I think his name was Dave. I can't find the business card he gave me. His partner was Gardner and he was good too. I highly recommend.
I have rentals, so sometimes need a quick response. I called them this morning around 10:00 they scheduled me for Noon and were there a few minutes late due to traffic - but I was there to clean all day anyway. They did a fabulous job - the carpet looks great and the whole place smells sooooo much better. The guys were super nice and did a fantastic job. Thank you Bruce and Rob, and Stanley Steemer. Booked another house for Monday. The carpet they cleaned was nasty - as the tenant never even vacuumed in her time there...… :(
