They came out to clean my living room, hallway, and stairs. All the furniture was out of the room except 1 couch which I told them to clean around it. The moved and ripped my LEATHER couch and the manager wants to send me a check for about $160 to make me go away. Very poor management and customer satisfaction. I would not use them again if they were the last cleaning company in the world.

Had an appointment schedule today from 9 to 11 am. the crew showed up 2 hours later to tell me they couldn’t do it because they didn’t have the right equipment and that it would be $50 extra to bring the portable machine. They said they were coming back in an hour with machine and didn’t show up so I called again. (They were supposed to be here at 2pm) and when I talk to them they told me they are coming at 4:30 to 5!!! After I had my mother wasting time here all morning!!! Awful! took the afternoon off from work to be home to deal with cleaning of my floors. when they show up 3 hours into there 4 hour window, they tell me there was an error and my quote they already sent me was actually double. I already turned away other people, took time off of work and delayed the project a week for them to come back and not honor the price they gave me.
