RecommendedThis was my first and excellent experience with Stanley Steamer. Calls from the company told me exactly when the crew would arrive. Matthew and Hayder arrived, masked and put on booties. A drop cloth was laid and they began to steam clean and stain guard a sectional sofa. The job was completed, instructions given and I highly recommend this crew and the job they performed. I hired them to steam clean a tile shower and tub. $200 for just that but it's a rental and I can't hire a housekeeper just to do that so I decided to go this way. They were late and didn't show up during the 11-2 window they gave me. It's an empty unit and it was hot that day. My poor husband waited hours for them in the record heat. Once they arrived he told them to do the job and just lock the door on the way out. He had to get home and cool off. I had a Stanley Steemer crew at my house to clean 2 carpeted rooms, 2 landing areas and 1 staircase. The services that were rendered were horrendous. Absolute junk. By far the worst services I have ever been provided with. Let me explain. The day began with the crew being over an hour later than the 8-11AM window I was scheduled for. Nice, professional guys, wearing proper PPE and maintaining social distance came and did a great job! Received a call that they were on their way, and they arrived in the time frame I was quoted. Also had a touch free payment option which I appreciated. No more chihuahua tinkle in my carpets!

This was our first experience using Stanley Steemer. Our service provider Chuck. He was friendly, professional, honest, and very hard working. He worked non-stop for over two hours. He did a wonderful job on our two area rugs. I also had him look at the grout in one of our bathrooms showers and he wanted to try a few techniques first to see if he could improve the condition.
