After over a year of finishing our basement, we chose to spend the money and get our vents and carpet cleaned for my growing family's health. Stanley Steemer came out and did a horrific job. You should have seen how soaked (sopping wet) my carpet was, the stains they didn't get out until the came back a second time, the dirty vent my mom found, after they came, and their extremely poor customer service.
