Stanley Steamer reps were on time and very efficient. The carpets look great and some difficult spots were removed. I highly recommend Stanley Steamer.
The guys were on time. End product not what I expected. Grout is blotchy in places. Thought it might get better once it was dry, but that did not happen. Floor is clean, but will question using SS in the future. Overall disappointed.

I called mid day and requested same day service. Their office arranged to add us on to the end of the day, for the first team available. Dustin and Benjamin were both professional and friendly and made the entire process easy and simple for me. I am very satisfied with their services!
