RecommendedThe technicians do a great job!
Had sm carpet in empty room, 1 sofa & 1 chair all done less than 1/2 hr. 161$ very unhappy! Contacted 30 days NO reply! My advice is try anyone else you might have better luck.
The cleaning of the tile and area rugs they were hired to clean was good however the technicians walked all over the house in their clunky boots, without any covers on them, and left a mess of dried boot prints everywhere and didn't bother to clean up after themselves. Had to spend an hour cleaning the rest of my house after they left because of the mess they made. The techs were not customer friendly. The office called to make the appointment earlier, I was most pleased. The guys came and were most friendly and answered all my questions. They cleaned my loveseat and oversized chair and ottoman that I had purchased at a thrift store. They were able to get out the stains on the loveseat, and the chair turned out just great. They did their job quickly and efficiently, weill be calling them back to clean the carpets in a month or so.
Sooo happy that I finally called Stanley Steamer. The guys were very professional and friendly. They totally brought my carpet back to life! I thought I was going to be replacing it... because I had a couple heavy traffic areas. but I’m really satisfied with their results! And It did not take them long to do 5 different areas. (2 hours ) Thanks again guys
So happy that I called Stanley Steemer. My carpets were way overdue for cleaning, and when Robin and Eric were done, they looked like new. I was so impressed with the careful way they treated my furniture, the neat, efficient way they performed the services, plus they were really easy to work with and very professional. Scheduling was easy, and I also appreciated their calling when the team was on the way. My highest recommendation.
