All the folks from the Warren MI Stanley Steamer are excellent and really do a quality job, just like they were cleaning their own home. They not only take extra time with my carpets, furniture and rugs to make sure they are clean and smell great but my hardwood floors as well. If you are in the Warren, MI area ask for Mike Murphy or Gina Linton. They are the best of the best.

I had to Stanley Steemer’s out to clean my carpets they were wonderful they moved out of furniture clean behind it and move dinner back they were done within one hour yes I would have them back again

They estimated about U$143.00 to clean the dog and cigarets smell out of a used sofa I just bought, they ended up charging about 230, sold my wife a product I didn't wanted to keep using against the dog smell. The sofa still smelling dog after they "cleaned," I also found a cigarets pack in between the seats, which tells me about the quality of their job. I am very disappointed.
Despite single digits temperatures, Shawn and Keith arrived yesterday to clean the carpet in our living room. They did a terrific job, and remained cheerful throughout. Kudos to both Shawn and Keith!!!
I just purchased a house and had Stanley Steemer come out to clean my front room since the previous owner had dogs and it had a funky smell. So I had them come vacuum and deodorize. Not only were they late, but when they left the house smelled like wet dog. I have it a day or so and called back they came out for free to re-deodorize and try to sell me a deodorize kit.
