Technicians pleasant and professional but management is a nightmare. Cannot get issues resolved because Macomb manager (Daniel) is NEVER available So u get routed to 800# where u talk to Hanna who has no troubleshooting skills and just repeats “ I have no authority and no one is available” Tuesday at 1:15 and no one company wide is available??? Was sadly disappointed in my first experience with Stanley. Although the technician was very polite and prompt, I felt he was high pressure in trying to sell me additional services that I wasn't interested in. I felt I got little better than a vacuum with some water thrown in. I do not think he pre-treated a few stains which look exactly the same as before cleaned. The Warren franchise did a wonderful job cleaning my very dirty white carpet. They were very professional and respectful. I will definitely use them again.

Two very polite technicians came to my home and cleaned my white carpet that is trampled daily by my 3 dogs. The carpets came out looking new! They took the time to answer my questions and did not pressure me to take on any further services while cleaning my floors.
I have used Stanley Steemer for years. They have always been on time, friendly and courteous and professional. I am always pleased with the quality of the service provided. I highly recommend!
