Cookie-cutter homes. Using teaser pricing to get in the door only to realize that you'll need to pay extra 30%-40% to make it livable. I'm not taking crazy pills and I would be much better off with a recently constructed pre-owned home.
Dishonest sales wasted my time and costed me thousands. After we realized we are treated like somebody buying a used car in bad part of town we moved forward with a different builder. During this time mortgage rates became more expensive, costing us thousands.
Empty promises. Don't close before everything is 100% to your satisfaction. You'll hear promises to "include it in the punch list and it will be fixed", only find yourself disappointed.
Stanley Martin, Raleigh cares about their customers! They have a staff of people that care about their customers! Full disclosure, I work at RENAISSANCE at Regency in Cary. I've worked for many builders during my 20 year career. I have also quit my job if they didn't take care of buyers. This company is the real deal. It stands behind their work and craftsmanship. The standards are incredible. This company is the one I will trust to build my home! Come in and see for yourself! You won't be disappointed.
