Poor experience working with them, if I could rewind time I would not go with this builder again. You will not be getting what you agreed to, and there is nothing you can do about it.
We just closed and moved into our home in Mixson and we could not be happier. This is actually the first time I have ever written a review on Google but I think it is necessary because the team from Stanley Martin was so fantastic throughout the entire process of building our house. My husband and I were always blown away with the quick responses we would get from Seth and Leigh, even if we had a question on the weekend or in the evenings.
