I wouldn’t use Stanley Martin for another home of mine. The brand new neighborhood we purchased in slightly over a year ago is a lousy excuse for quality work. We couldn’t use our master bathroom for nearly 4 months after purchasing due to major problems with the shower construction, they’ve left dead trees throughout the entire neighborhood with awful mounds of dirt that pour into the roads (and say this is how they’re leaving it), and nearly every single neighbor in the community has had massive issues with drainage and in... read more
Poor experience working with them, if I could rewind time I would not go with this builder again. You will not be getting what you agreed to, and there is nothing you can do about it.
