Jenn is working hard to make this a solid business. I was one of the 1 star reviews back in 2020. She has taken over the business and worked hard a creating an honest and efficient business. I can see the improvements and have gained trust in her ability to turn this into a trusted provider.
I recently purchased a used Landis Threading Machine from Mr. Stanley Cohen owner of Stanley Machinery Corp in Agawam, MA. I am extremely disappointed and disgusted with the entire experience. The machine was "100% guaranteed" in writing and was supposedly "completely tested" to insure it would run perfectly prior to shipment. All of this was promised in a number of emails by Mr. Cohen personally.
