Dr. Chia is the consummate professional. He's knowledgeable, highly competent in his field of Otolaryngology and was friendly, understanding and a good listener. Although he was 45 minute late for the appointment, I felt that my time with him was worth the wait. While I don't want anymore sinus or ear infections, I'd be happy to work with him again if necessary.
Dr chia made me feel comfortable, he listened to me, answered all my questions and was Very transparent. Highly recommended!
