It was a pleasant experience. Dr. Chia's resident was informative with a great bedside manner. I should have checked more as to what an ear, nose and throat specialist offers. Since I have excessive mucus, I was referred to a gastroenterologist. The office provided a referral for an audiologist appointment to check for hearing loss.
I was very pleased with Chia, MD and his staff they were very professional, helped and respectful.
