Dr. Chia had a calm, quiet “bedside manner” and put her at ease during her treatment cycle. My family and I would readily refer anyone with ENT issues to Dr. Chia at WHC.
My husband Bernard has been an ENT patient of Dr Chia for over 10 years. During this time he as an aging patient has always received nothing short of excellent care and encouragement to continue in good health. As a result of the skill and expertise patiently demonstrated by Dr Chia and his team during each visit, we leave the office with the confidence that any issue has been thoroughly addressed.
Dr. Chia and the entire staff are friendly, helpful, and professional. Every step of the treatment is explained patiently and clearly, and follow-up is very easy.
