I did not have a great experience here. Dr. Chia is a nice enough guy, but I don’t feel like he took the time or asked enough questions to fully understand the issue before recommending and performing a surgery that ultimately did nothing to help the issue. My biggest issue with this office, and a larger complaint against MedStar is that I was charged hundreds of dollars that I was never told I was going to be charged. I was greeted with great manners the secretary on the medical assistance was ok. Dr Chai great manners explained everything. Great doctor Took his time no rushing.
