Very caring… very professional
Excellent patient care
Dr. Chia and his fellow physicians were caring and I felt we were not just a patient on his caseload. We beleived that he was genuinely invested in the care of my mother. Dr. Chia had a calm, quiet “bedside manner” and put her at ease during her treatment cycle. My family and I would readily refer anyone with ENT issues to Dr. Chia at WHC.
