Yesterday, (a Saturday) our attic unit started leaking from the drain pan. Having just had a new ceiling installed (when it had also happened in the past)...it wasn't good. SHAC was called and was out within 30-45 minutes. He was very thorough and cleaned it up for us and also fixed it so that it will switch off before it happens again. It was a blessing to be able to have someone come so quickly and get it done for us...especially on a weekend. An old pipe had rotted and was leaking all over the basement. I called SHAC. A plumber was at my house within an hour and the problem was completely fixed in just over 4 hours. Fast service.
