Met with the staff, Shannon Griffith and discussed trading a vehicle. He was very helpful in helping to meet my needs.
We purchased our new 2011 Ford Escape from Stanley Ford in Sweetwater, Tx. The salesman was Shannon Grifith and he was very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable on facts and details about this vehicle. My husband, James and I were very impressed with this dealership, their honesty and efficiency. This made for a pleasureable experience for us and we would recommend them to our friends and family.
This place scammed my husbund and I. Our car was totaled, and I'm expecting my first baby, we needed a reliable car we could afford so I could get to my doctors appointments, and my husbund could go to school. They sold us one for $3000 but told us it was in good working condition. It broke down an HOUR after purchasing it! And they refuse to give us our money back, I understand keeping the $500 down payment, but out of common decency they should have given us the $2500 back!
