Easy to talk to and work with
They ran my credit even though I told them all I needed was the buyers order because I was already approved through my bank
Contacted them to see if vehicle was available. Guy said he would check and get back with me but never did.
Salesman told me "he would figure out a cash sales price and let me know". A week later I contacted him but found that the cash sales price was the same as on the lot price to anyone. Was not willing to deal on price. He acted like I was wasting his time.
Did not go to dealership. Purchased a different truck
Called and emailed helpful information about the vehicle i was interested and more.
Friendly sales staff, and the truck was exactly as advertised, but they offered me much less than any other dealer for my trade, claiming there was "something wrong" with its transmission.
