Horrific experience. Sales manager lied, and "Hondo" the general manager asked why I thought honoring what I was told was the ethical thing to do. Vehicle had issues literally right off the lot but management seemed to just enjoy getting one over on me. Even the corporate bosses saw no issue with the dishonesty. The concepts of honesty, integrity, and ethics appear to be foreign to this entire organization. Furthermore they spam me, apparently sell my info, and continue to make life worse. Avoid this place at all costs.
Dylan and Michele did an excellent job! I will buy another 2 vehicles from them!!
