I've been a patient of Dr. Harrison for a few years now. He's great, but his staff is the worst I've come across. Nobody answers the phones and you leave a message and nobody returns your call. Even though the message says will respond within 48 hours. Which in my opinion is too long. It's takes 2 days to respond to a message. My dentist office responses the same day. I have to go into the office to get any help and the staff looks at me as if they have no idea what's going on. It's like they are confused and it's their firs... read more

I’ve been trying to make a appointment for 4 month’s. I understand medical records has to be sent,from prior Orthopedic doctor. I patiently waited for 4 week’s.I know This isn’t Dr Harrison’s office fault! Finally After a month, I know all records requested are there.I begin to call once a week.Still being patient,at the same time frustrated,this issue has substantially impacted my quality of life.
