I had an eye exam 7/06/23. Many months ago. Prescription was all wrong. Took my mother there too on that same day and same thing. I could not see and got dizzy. After I spent 1500 I just ask for our old lenses back. I am still waiting 4.5 months later. His office staff Brenda is very rude when you call. I tried end of September to pick up my mothers glasses she said she doesn’t have them. Still waiting.
I'd recommend everyone avoid until the staff is changed. I've never been treated like I was treated by this staff. There is no care for their clients and absolutely no regard for urgency.
I had an appointment and was shocked to find that nobody there - staff or clients - was wearing a mask other than me! Just a warning to anyone else who cares about COVID. I understand the city mandate ended yesterday, but I expected more from a medical facility.
I received poor patient care. The eye chart was not correctly centered on the screen and no changes were made when I complained to Dr. Hanson. My prescriptions were printed without a complete expiration date. When I mentioned this to Dr. Hanson he refused to assist me. The eyewear that I purchased from this office a year ago is poor quality and I bought the best lens and non-reflective coating available from him. I won’t continue receiving my eye care at this office in the future.
