Dr .Ing and her staff are the best . They are patient , listens to concerns , makes you feel at ease , overall great experience.
I was suppose to get a call back to schedule a new appointment for surgery but did not receive one.
the team provided professiona,l courteous, competent, knowledgeable care.
The appointment text reminder and my affirming text reply did not seem to reach the nurses involved forcing them to call me to confirm. I did receive a thank you for responding to the text however. Just a bug to work out I assume.
Dr. Jesse has always been a very good doctor who tries to figure out any issues you might be having. He gives you the referral or resources necessary for your condition
Dr. Cho and {staff name removed} are very helpful and willing to provide a visit as needed for necessary reasons.
It was a very positive experience all around. Special thanks to Dr. Ing, thank you.
