Again doing a follow up from 5 31 25 Asked for a refund on my maintenance service program .I still have not received my refund .. think they think there going to keep it all. Bad enough they kept 75% because they lied on the paper work for oil consumption. And it takes 2 hours to get in and out. .. think it's time to report them to the BBB.. BUYER BEWARE OF THIS PLACE. No one cares about making things right ..
I am doing a follow up to a post I made before . I asked for a refund gor my maintenence warranty.. reason I have proof they were falsely reporting on an issue with my oil consumption.. I have a 30 k mile warranty and part of it is tracking the oil consumption. I let them do the first 1 at first had total confidence.. short lived .. Following up. My sales guy Mike went.to bat.for.me and we came to a reasonable solution, he was very patient as I had a bad attitude.. sorry. I believe they do have our best interests in mind and so far has shown class in handling complaints.. thank you Mike.
