It seems like a doctor with 40 years of experience would want to make a positive first impression with a new patient and spend more than 5–6 minutes with them. I'm in 9 level pain, and instead of discussing my concerns, the nurse is telling me he's leaving on vacation for 2 wks. That's not exactly reassuring to this cranky senior...lol.
