Billing Staff is very rude. They charge the wrong co-pay and then give you a hard time about it. This is in the Salem NH office. The doctor also does not explain the procedures thoroughly which can cause you to get something you really kind of did not want. He is good at making you feel good but at a very high price and I don't mean just money. Office is very dirty old and run down looking. Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay.
