I have to tell you...haunted or not...there is nothing like the feeling you get when you have a white maid clean your room for the first time. I felt like the King of England.

We love Stanley's. We visit NOLA a couple of times a year. My favourite is Soft shell crab Po boy!!! Oh and the mimosas!!!See you in November!!!
My husband and I sat at the bar since there weren't any tables available. Our bar tender was so awesome. He filled my cup the second it was empty. And I was super thirsty so he must have filled it at least 8 times! He made friendly conversation with us and truly acted like it was his pleasure to be serving us. I've been in the restaurant industry for 30+ years and this is one of the best breakfasts that I've ever had. The bananas foster french toast is mouthwatering masterpiece. Normally a restaurant in a prime, touristy location like this is all about the view. In Stanley's case the food outshines the view!!

Everything I had was delicious. I had a fat burger called the 77 that was a little messy to handle but it was soooooo fat and good!!!!!! I washed it down with a Stanley screamer that was served in a megaphone that I took home. The second day I came back to enjoy the best banana split that I can remember with tons of toppings that still makes me smile ☺ I was with a group of 9 sponsored by WEA record label and every dish they had looked so good that I can't wait to return on my own. ♡♡♡♡
