Went five years with a different property management stanislaus has been ours for less then six months and destroyed the whole area, they made all the backyards into prisons, and now bums sleep in what used to be our backyard. They called it safety reasons, I don't know how safe it is not to have a spigot in your back yard or an exit routewhen four other houses windows are connected into our backyard worst company ever. The worst apartments ever, new rude, disrespectful, disgusting manager. She doesn't even look into your eyes when she talks to you. Needs to be be reminded at least 10 times to do the repairs. Don't care about the tenants. She is a total racist to her non-English speaking tenants, I've seen her mock their accent when they leave the office. unprofessional maintenance who happen to be the manager husband and does not know what he is doing.
