Everyone is so nice and Dr Casey very nice and very thorough
The front desk ladies are always kind and helpful. The medical staff, highly qualified but only spend the absolute shortest time possible with you so be sure you write down any questions you may want to ask. The tough part about this practice is you really must be prepared to wait at least an hour before being seen. Even if you’re on time, you’ll wait in the very full lobby. Do not use these guys. First off, we waited for somebody do get back to us on scheduling her appointed, we had to call three times and then threaten to take our business somewhere else before they finally called us back. While we scheduled the surgery they told us that it would be at the hospital cause the doctor was working there that week and we said that was no problem. they told us a date 12/18/2018 and the price which was 360 dollars. we had to pay the 360 dollars upfront to confirm the appointment which was no problem.... read more
Did my ganglion cyst wrist surgery. Kyle McClintock D.O. is a great surgeon and doctor. Very professional and willing to help if you have any questions. Staff is great here. Been waiting for surgery 1.5months because of what they are saying an insurance glitch. My surgeon is not contracted with my insurance? Still, it shouldn’t take this long to get this taken care of. Other Doctors are contracted with my ins in the office. I don’t understand and I feel I am getting the run around. I’ve asked to be turned over to one of the other surgeons who is contracted, and still nothing. In the meantime I’ve run out of disability benefits and I am still waiting on their problem??
