I saw Emma in the maryville office. She came highly recommended and without a doubt she exceeded every expectation! My kids are my world and the custody battle was beyond horrific....all I wanted was for them to be ok. Michael Roby is the worst. Went in for the initial consultation. He concluded i was going to need $2200 for the retainer. My court date was approaching soon but he said he just needed the retainer 5 days before hand to get started. Came up with the money and went in. When i sat down to get signed up he informed me that i was also going to need an additional $5000 in case they went to trial! At no time during the initial consultation did he mention that. Highly recommend Ryan Schellert and the Stange Law Firm. Everyone at the office was very professional and helpful. Ryan was extremely knowledgeable about the law and was very easy to deal with. I appreciated his quick response to my questions and his past experience in dealing with the Judge was also very helpful in my case.
