Still Dream of Stanfords – We lived in Portland for 9 years and frequented Stanfords on a weekly basis. Now six years later, we still dream of the food, ambience and service that was provided by this wonderful restaurant. The Lentil Soup was outstanding, as was the steak, salads and breads. We wish there was a Stanfords here in Atlanta, Georgia.
Fine Dining at the Mall - Lloyd Center Stanford's – Tonight we ventured out for "traditional American" and we found it at Stanford's. A real top notch steakhouse right at the Lloyd Center. I have to say I have very rarely had a better steak and I look for them where ever I go. Everything was notably good; from the Caesar dinner salad to the perfectly steamed green beans. STANFORDS! I love to eat at Stanfords everytime I shop at Lloyd mall I have to eat a late lunch / early dinner there! They have a special in the bar where there delicious hamburger (with fries) is only $1.95! during certain hours I think 3 to 5? and it is such a good hamburger too! They have other great food too during the special but I always get this so I don't remember what else is offered at the special price.
I love this place. Stanford's is one of my favorite places to eat. When my husband and I have a date night he knows where I want to eat. I always love to hit their HAPPY HOUR. It always leaves me smiling. It is everyday from 3-6 and they serve regular size portions of select items for just $1.95, it is unbelievable! My husband always orders the chicken strip meal which sells for $8.95 in the regular dining area or at non-happy hour times, just to give you an idea of the great value!
