Worst experience ever in Stanford health care ever! Late right at 10 mins, they won’t let you take the appointment because the front desk said it has to be strictly less than 10 mins. 10 mins is not acceptable. They don’t care if you are live or die. Very very bad experience. Don’t come ever!!
The wait time is shockingly long. There is only one person checking in the long line of patients at the entrance, and each check-in took 10 minutes or more. Even when you arrive prior to the opening time of the clinic, there is a line already. Staff at the front desk speaking to each other and on the phone using profanity, loud enough for the waiting room to hear. I had a great experience here! I walked in around 8:27pm, was taken back to be seen in less than 10 minutes. Was seen by a nice MA, MD, and RN who were all very efficient in time and wanted to help. They took into consideration my drive home and timing I was there when thinking about what medicine to give and how what route to give it. Was seen and treated in just over an hour. Amazing! Thank you so much!
Hours they stated online were wrong.. please update them. I ended up making an hour-long trip here, just to be told by 5 staff at the clinic can't take anyone. They took the guy next to me though? I ended up limping back home with a messed up ankle, and had to go to the hospital the next day.
