Horrible management. Thin walls. Rude office staff. Cheaply made and bad plumbing.

2022年-2023年に住んでいました。住民は、ファミリーや学生など様々ですが、とても感じの良い方が多いです。壁も一部コンクリートのため、我が家の部屋に関して言えば、上下の音も全く聞こえませんし、隣人の騒音も全く気になりません。カルトレインの線路に近いですが、すぐになれます。 Stanford大学へは自転車通学圏内、隣のGrocery Outletというスーパーは、生鮮食品から医薬品まで揃っていて、朝８時から夜１０時まであいており、とても便利です。不審者など見たこともありません。とても安全な場所です。春夏秋の時期は、プールがとても綺麗で子供達は毎日遊ぶことができました。プールサイドで読書や仕事するのもとても気持ちがいいです。 部屋の不具合などあった場合は、メンテナンスの方がすぐに対応してくれます。戸建てでは考えられないくらい便利で助かります。 また、夏は２階はクーラーが全く入らないほど涼しく、冬は朝の時間は寒いのですが、強力なヒーターですぐに温まります。 JLS middle school、Fairmeadow Elementary schoolは徒歩７分、Gunn high schoolへは自転車で10分以内と、学校へのアクセスもとても良かっ... read more

These people scam you out of your security deposit! Lived there for 6 months in a small one bedroom, deep cleaned before I left, and was charged $400+ of my $500 security deposit for "cleaning". Was told they charge everyone the same "cleaning fee" (probably regardless of how you leave it)... so its basically a scam. Crazy rental prices for what you are actually getting. Laundry facilities are are always in use and many apartments are located fairly far from the actual laundry rooms. Same deal with the trash, and its always ... read more

This complex is great and such a safe neighborhood. Very convenient location and ample living space.
