Been living here for 3 months. Pros: 1. Leasing managers and maintenance workers are very nice. 2. I live on the second floor with a big balcony. The view is nice. 3. Great location. 4. 6 month lease is the same price as 12month. Cons: 1. No AC, no microwave, no in-unit washer/dryer. 2. It takes quite a while to get hot water, and I wonder if that’s why water and sewer can be almost $80 for one person. 3. Some neighbors are dirty, loud and rude. Terrible, avoid at all cost! The building is very old with poor sound proofing. Every time the person above you walks it sounds like an earthquake. The caltrain constantly wakes you up at night. The management team is also terrible. The gym was supposed to open until 10 pm, but often get locked at least 1 hour early! This happened at least 7 times in my 4-months stay here, and after many emails to complain about this, there is no change, and the management team is doing absolutely nothing.
