This complex is great and such a safe neighborhood. Very convenient location and ample living space.
Live here several years ago for 2 years during the COVID period. Only advice is to take a photo of every room in high-definition to reflect the poor move-in quality, so that your move-out deposit will not be deducted unfairly. Last note, we found nails in our carpet, not once, not twice but numerous times. I bled after stepping on it and so did my young children. This place seemed pretty decent when I lived there. In retrospect, this place is not the greatest value for your rent. The biggest issue is the noise insulation is TERRIBLE - you can hear every footstep above you, the child screaming in the unit next to you, and the 7:30am 'gardening' right outside your bedroom window. It made living here unbearable, especially during the stay-at-home order. We were only able to live here for 6 months due to unplanned moving to Texas, but I wish we could’ve stayed for years. Management is outstanding, especially Char’dae is great, she is helpful and understanding in any occupation. Hard to find this responsive person in these days. Maintenance is also so quick and responsive. There are fair when moving out, we’ve got all our deposit back. Perfect place to live after all!
