I live in Reading, but will be seeing a doctor in Allentown because I can no longer deal with the impersonal atmosphere in Dr. Feinberg's office. You must use a kiosk to sign in, and they now have a portal that you must use to communicate with the office. If you try calling, they admit that no one answers the phone, EVER, so you must leave a message and they say you might not get a call back for 48 hours, but it's more like NEVER. If they're understaffed they should fix that or lose patients.

I had met with the PA on Jan 20th. I tried to schedule the sleep study for 3-4 weeks after my office visit. I was told to call because they do not schedule out more than 2 weeks. Jan 30th they terminated me for refusing to comply with treatment. I called them on Feb. 5th to rectify the situation and schedule my sleep study. I was told once you are terminated it is final. They can't look at the circumstances? Unreasonable.

I do not like leaving negative comments but feel a responsibility to help others avoid an awful experience. My experience has been so bad it's almost comical. From the confusion, to the total lack of professionalism and quality care, I will never return to this place.

Unfortunately I have to give one star to this "doctor" that seems to care much more about his profit than his patients. DO NOT GO TO HIM! ONLY CARES ABOUT PROFITS! JEFF devlin, patient for about 4 years.

I will echo the other reviews. The problem seems mostly to fall on the office staff. While seeing Dr Feinberg he is in and out pretty quick but the other providers in his practice are great. The catch is to see anyone or get anything done you will have to deal with the office staff. Good luck...

I couldn't agree more with the other people who reviewed this practice. unfortunately the rating is so low because of the staffing. I bring this i'm professional unsatisfactory behavior to the attention of whoever I am dealing with at the time whether it be the doctor and or PA. I simply don't understand how these people have jobsthere is no office manager because I have called multiple times to talk to one obviously they don't care because it is been going on for years .

I hate to give this only two stars because Dr. Feinberg is great, but his office staff are horrible. They are so mean, nasty, short, and not understanding. They are just so unpleasant, and its become enough to make me want to see another neuro.

I love Dr. Feinberg, his staff however sucks! They refuse to fill medications claiming either you need an appointment or you don't take that medication (even when you do). If it weren't for his staff I would recommend this doctor, but considering his staff doesn't care about you or your medical conditions and the need for your medication this is not the place to go. Find another neurologist! I am planning to do that myself.

I am sure Doctor Feinberg is still the good doctor he was before but he really needs new office staff. Two of the staff spent 30 minutes yelling at me over the phone because I have a new neurologist and refused to provide me with the necessary medical records so that I receive the proper medical equipment for apnea. I left his office due to change in medical plans. its been over two years since I have seen him but that is not a good reason for his staff to be verbally abusive.
