He talked to me for almost an hour at each appointment. I like how he doesn’t try to shove med cocktails down your throat

kim I have never in my 54 yrs had a doctors office that did not answer their phone during business hrs nor call you back.. The phones recording says they are assisting other patients. This recording is played for 8 hrs while trying to call the office.. When we go to the office 90 percent there are no more than two patients. Many of receptionist are very rude, and look down their noses at you like your a nothing. I would never, ever recommend this office to anyone for these reasons!

I have been seeing Dr. Feinberg for a few years now. Thanks to his help and understanding of Sleep Apnea (which I didn't believe in originally), I now have a CPAP machine that has done wonders for my sleep patterns. He has also been a wonder with my treatments for migraines, which plagued me for over 30 years. He is kind, information and his staff is wonderful to work with.

I had originally sought help for insomnia & wanted to rule out sleep apnea. After that came back negative I was told I should be tested for narcolepsy which I insisted I did not have. I had just switched to a health insurance with a high deductible. The doctor said it would not effect it as there would be no charge. I received a $700 bill. The office staff was unprofessional & rude to me when I called for an explanation. They would not relay my concerns to the doctor or allow him to call me.

I saw Dr. Feinberg for the first time this past month. The staff was kind and welcoming upon arrival. The KIOSK that is used at the front desk made things very simple and made me feel like I had control of my own medical information. The wait time was next to nothing, unlike other doctors that I've seen where you are waiting long after your scheduled appointment. Dr. Feinberg was patient with my questions and answered them in a way that I understood them. Would definitely recommend to others.

Dr. Feinberg is a nice and good doctor but once he has you settled with meds and a diagnosis he passes you to his PA and doesn’t check back in. If you have additional troubles they just up your dosage or force the sleep study.
