Likely some of the cheapest you'll find in the area at $1100/1 bed. I believe they also raised this to $1200-$1300 after I left in January 2018. This particular complex is OLD. They do not put any money back into the units. You'll have carpet that is 10+ years old and they will not give you the dates it was installed. Upon move-in, the manager even told me that they have issues with pipes busting and that as a resident we should contact maintenance immediately when we see them.
