The doctor was more than 30 minutes late, which was a very poor experience.
I felt “heard” and felt humanized and so I was able to express what my concerns were without any reservations.
The doctor and her team work together so well, very caring and professional. Dr Jee is a rare and excellent doctor and treat patients as her own family members, totally from her heart. It is inspiriing my confidence that I am getting the best possible care. Stanford is lucky to have her so loyally serving, definitely a good role model anywhere she serves.
