Parking was well marked and plentiful in the garage located on ground floor within the building. Checking in and checking out at the front desk, two different staff and they were both patient and polite. The waiting area was small but clean, comfortable and serene. Dr. Cynthia Tsai is an exceptional doctor. Besides being extremely knowledgeable in her field of medicine, she is also very concerned about each of her patients and does everything in her power to make sure you receive the best care possible. In short, she is amazing;
The doctor was more than 30 minutes late, which was a very poor experience.
I felt “heard” and felt humanized and so I was able to express what my concerns were without any reservations.
