Dr. Cynthia Tsai is an exceptional doctor. Besides being extremely knowledgeable in her field of medicine, she is also very concerned about each of her patients and does everything in her power to make sure you receive the best care possible. In short, she is amazing;
The doctor was more than 30 minutes late, which was a very poor experience.
