Dr. Olivia Jee is an excellent primary care physician who clearly cares about her patients. She is observant, takes the time to listen, and goes the extra mile to investigate concerns rather than brushing them off. I’ve really appreciated how proactive and thoughtful she has been in coordinating my care and making referrals when needed. My husband and I are both huge fans of Dr. Jee, but perhaps this is also why she's super busy. Was late for appointment by 14min, felt rudeness from reception no empathy
Parking was well marked and plentiful in the garage located on ground floor within the building. Checking in and checking out at the front desk, two different staff and they were both patient and polite. The waiting area was small but clean, comfortable and serene. As for Dr. Lee, she was all business. From the monent she walked in, her textbook approach was efficient and left little chance to break ice. I did not feel any smile beyond her masked face.
