It’s a beautiful facility* you don’t have to bring your charger* because their own station in the waiting room* The weather is always nice * don’t over dress * The staff at the front desk are well trained * The Nurses are nice ** The doctors are Amazing ** U come 1st **

I’m truly pleased with the palliative care team. I was referred by my doctor due to my severe leg, muscle, and bone pain that I had from chemotherapy. The team listened carefully to all my symptoms and came up with different solutions on pain management. Thanks to them, my leg pain is all gone and I can finally walk again!

Absolutely the worst service experience with zero to no compassion. I had an accident and my doctor ordered X-Rays. I called another Stanford Imaging center to schedule an appointment and they provided the wrong address so without any intention to be late, I arrived at 4:50 to this office for the imaging center on the 2nd floor. This office closes at 5:00pm. I had a person at home sick so even with my injury I had to drive to arrive before 5:00pm. For other personal reasons, I had to get the x-rays done this day.
