They charge top dollar but provide the worst service possible. They bill at the rate of top doctors, but you're being seen by residents with zero experience treating patients. They can't even get the prescriptions right, and it's nearly impossible to be seen by the same doctor—and yes, we're talking about psychiatry. Due to the transitions, all the context gets lost, and you can tell the doctors aren't paying much attention, if any at all. AVOID AT ALL COST if possible.
Update: Changing to one star because they do not answer their phone during business hours. They also do not call back until some day following, and if they manage to do that, they don't leave a message. If you are not able to answer that call you have to start over.
