Unfortunately, I’ve had repeated negative experiences with Maria, an MA at this office. Her responses are cold and dismissive. There’s no empathy, no acknowledgment. I would expect for them to communicate with patients professionally, respectfully, and with basic empathy, especially when someone is reaching out after an ER visit. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience with her.

Dr. Maria Quan is very insensitive and rude. She is very abrasive both in personality and her procedures and caused pain without any sympathy and ended the appointment without any meaningful suggestions or input

As an ex kaiser permanente member. I almost forgot what real doctors are like. Kaiser Permanente gets all the D and F doctors. Stanford gets all the A and B doctors. Great place

Booked this office desperate for care because I have always been a Stanford patient. An insurance change fractured that so I paid cash to be seen. I received a handful of promises, orders for expensive tests, and zero care. This is a profit based office, don’t have any expectations of actual care when you get here, it’s the billing that motivates these “providers.”
